The Studio Space
Lindsey's prop and surface collection is housed in the basement of Throop Studio , a rental photography studio perfectly equipped for food shoots in Chicago's West Town and also conveniently located next to Propabilites prop house. Throop Studio is owned by Jeff Dahlgren of Fortis Photo who is a freelance commercial food, product and lifestyle photographer. Both Lindsey and Jeff are freelance and have many separate clients, but are thrilled when they are afforded the opportunity to be on shoots together at Throop Studio and utilize the prop and surface collection on site. Please consider this as an option if you are looking to book a photographer, studio, prop stylist and props!
The studio is a 3,000 sq ft facility 10 minutes from downtown with a chef's kitchen, client lounge, conference room, H&M styling or craft services area and a loading dock... and an entire basement of props! You can park two vehicles in the driveway and there is ample free street parking right out front. The studio has plenty of folding tables, folding chairs and rolling racks available to accommodate large scale shoots.
