Lindsey Parker found her creative outlet and eventual career when her father gave her the camera he had as a boy, a 35mm Canon AE1. After discovering her fascination with photography as a teenager, Lindsey moved from Dallas to Chicago where she earned her B.F.A. in photography from Columbia College Chicago. There she gained skills in fine art and commercial photography. Upon graduating, Lindsey assisted numerous esteemed commercial, food and editorial photographers both locally and internationally. This experience led her to the Crate and Barrel in-house photo studio in 2006 where her vigilant attention to details guided her naturally toward photo styling. There she continues to work freelance as a stylist for the Crate and Barrel and CB2 websites and as a soft goods stylist for Crate and Barrel and CB2 catalogs. She is also a freelance home goods stylist for the Kohl's Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lindsey has a constant urge to create and a fascination with design and details, which coupled with her technical knowledge of photography make her a unique asset on set. By working with a wide variety of photographers and creative teams she has garnered a reputation for bringing individual style and a professional lively personality to each assignment.
